This 23 year old patient had breast augmentation through the inframmary (in the fold) incision. She is 5’8”and weighs 130 lbs. Her pre opsize is 34B prior to surgery and is now 34C/D. The post op photos were taken 7 months after surgery. 450cc’ssilicone implants were placed under the muscle.
