This 37 year old patient had breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy (breast lift). She is 5’2” and weighs 116lbs. Her pre op size is 34A prior to surgery and is now 34B. The post op photos were taken 6 months after surgery. 250cc silicone implants were placed under the muscle.
