This 26 year old patient had breast augmentation with a vertical mastopexy (breast lift).
She is 5’5” and weighs 168lbs. Her pre op size is 36C prior to surgery and is now 36D. The post op photos were taken 4 months after surgery. 390cc saline implants were placed under the muscle.
