This 44 year old patient had breast augmentation with a concentric mastopexy (breast lift). She is 4’11” and weighs 98 lbs. Her pre op size is 34C and remains a 34C after her surgery. The post op photos were taken 4 months after surgery. 275cc saline implants were placed under the muscle.
