This 25 year old patient had Breast Augmentation through an inframmary (in the fold) incision. She is 5’3” and weighs 115 lbs. Her pre op size is 34B prior to surgery and is now 34C. The post op photos were taken 4 months after surgery. 350cc saline implants were placed under the muscle.
