This 30 year old patient had differentiated breast augmentation through a transaxillary
(armpit) incision. She is 5’7” and weighs 122 lbs. Her pre op size is 34A prior to surgery and is now 34C. The post op photos were taken 5 months after surgery. The right breast was 390cc’s and the left breast was 380cc’s saline implants were placed under the muscle.
