This 30 year old patient had Breast Augmentation through a transaxillary (armpit) incision. She is 5’3”and weighs120 lbs. Her pre op size is 34A prior to surgery and is now 34D. The post op photos were taken 3 months after surgery. 375 cc’s saline implants were placed under the muscle.
