This 36 year old patient had Breast Augmentation through a Transaxillary (armpit) incision. She is 5’3”, and weighs 125 lbs. Her pre op size is 34A prior to surgery and is now 34C. The post op photos were taken 3 months after surgery. 375 cc saline implants were placed under the muscle
