This 26 year old patient had breast augmentation through a transareolar (areola) incision. She is 5’8”and weighs 135 lbs. Her pre op size is 34AA prior to surgery and is now 34D. The post op photos were taken 4 months after surgery. 500cc saline implants were placed under the muscle.
