This 32 year old patient had Breast Augmentation with a concentric mastopexy (breastlift). She is 5’8”and weighs 170 lbs. Her pre-op size is 36B prior to surgery and is now 36D. The post op photos were taken 1 year after surgery. 500cc saline implants were placed under the muscle.
