This 23 year old patient had breast augmentation through the inframmary (in the fold) incision. She is 5´8"and weighs 130 lbs. Her pre op size is 34B prior to surgery and is now 34C/D. The post op photos were taken 7 months after surgery. 450cc´s silicone implants were placed under the muscle.
