This 43 year old patient had breast augmentation through the transaxillary (armpit) incision. She is 5’6”and weighs 120 lbs. Her pre opsize is 34AA prior to surgery and is now 32C. The post op photos were taken 1 year after surgery. 225cc silicone implants were placed under the muscle.
