Laser
Lasers have vast application in healthcare and aesthetic procedures are no exception. At Pacific Plastic Surgery we have two laser systems. The Lumenis One has laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) capabilities, and we use this for office-based treatments including laser hair removal, leg vein treatment, and correction of skin photodamage (sun damage) of the face, neck, chest, and hands. Photodynamic therapy combines IPL with Levulan for a more aggressive approach to sundamage including actinic keratosis treatment.For body contouring, we have Cynosure's latest system that combines the SmartLipo Triplex and Cellulaze in one platform. SmartLipo Triplex provides the state of the art in laser lipolysis (laser-assisted liposuction) that brings liposuction and gynecomastia treatment to a whole new level. Cellulaze is a minimally invasive treatment for cellulite reduction, the only technology of its kind. Sidelaze, using laser technology similar to the Cellulaze, treats neck and facial aging and can offer an alternative to facelifting in some patients.
