Case 1: Arm Lift
59 year old woman had lost 40 pounds and was unhappy with her upper arm laxity, and her abominal/torso contour. She underwent bilateral brachioplasty and abdominoplasty (see tummy tuck section). The arm scars are placed underneath, which hides them from direct view when the arms are raised, however they can be seen when the arms hang. The scars have a nasty habit of widening as can be seen comparing the 1 month to 2 year post-op photos. I still think this placement is better than the older technique of an anterior scar, and seems to hold the shape better too.
