Case 9: Breast Augmentation

23 year old female with some significant asymmetry and mild chest wall deformity. She was a 36 small B on the right and B on the left. She had one child. 5'10" 130 pounds. I placed Mentor moderate plus profile silicone gel implants through inframammary approach - 400 cc on the right and a 350 cc on the left. Postoperatively she was a 36 large C/small D. With regard to expectations about symmetry, this illusrates how a reasonable goal in this case is improvement, not perfection.
