Case 5: Breast Lift

40 year old female had 2 children and wanted better breast shape. She was 5' 3" 155 pounds, 38 D preoperatively, and remained a D cup with 225 cc Mentor Siltex gel implants. Rather than significant volume enlargement, the implants here serve to provide some firmness that the lift would not provide alone.
