Case 8: Breast Lift

32 year old female wanted better shaped breasts after having 3 children and breastfeeding. She was 5'1", 120 pounds and a 36DD bra, with Grade 3 ptosis (sag). She was happy with her volume, and did not want breast augmentation or breast reduction. A vertical mastopexy technique was used.
