Case 3: Facelift

50 year old female with no prior surgery desired rejuvenation. The deep lines reflect significant damage from smoking and sun. She had face lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, endoscopic brow lift, and lip augmentation with SMAS. As the post-op photos show, surgery doesn't do as well with those lines as it does with the gravitational changes. She was referred for ablative laser resurfacing. She would also benefit from fat transfer to her face.
