Case 7: Rhinoplasty

33 year old female had been in an auto accident in Europe 5 years before, and injured her nose but had no treatment at that time. She complained of difficulty breathing, as well as constant pain and tenderness over the bridge of her nose, especially when wearing sunglasses. Although cosmetically her nose had fairly minor irregularities, she wanted a refinement in its contour. She underwent a closed rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Her breathing problem and chronic pain resolved soon after surgery. Post-op photos show the 6 month result.
