Case 3: Tummy Tuck

42 year old female, had two children via C-sections. She was to undergo an abdominal hysterectomy and wanted improved contour of her lower abdomen. Her laxity was minimal, and mostly in the lower abdomen. In this case, a mini-abdominoplasty was done at the time of the hysterectomy. The effect is subtle, as her problem was subtle to begin with. The scars will improve as time goes on.
