Breast reduction is often done for women, usually younger women, sometimes older women, but it is when the breasts are so large that they are typically causing some problems and those problems can be back or neck pain. They can even be skin problems underneath the breast and a lot of times people just cannot find clothes to wear or they cannot exercise because their breasts are too big, so a breast reduction will get them to a more natural shape and size for their body and alleviate many of those problems.
