Charlee – Breast Augmentation

Charlee came to our Santa Barbara plastic surgery practice for breast augmentation. She was very impressed with her experience and Dr. Douglas Mackenzie's friendly, professional manner.

My name is Charlee and I came to Dr. Mackenzie for a breast augmentation after being referred to him my multiple people. I came into his office. I was very impressed with his staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Dr. Mackenzie was very intelligent. He came in, he answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with his presence. I wasn’t uncomfortable, which was kind of a concern for me, going to a male doctor and having the procedure that I had done. But I was very impressed and I was very happy with the outcome. Dr. Mackenzie also has a postop book that I found was very helpful. After my procedure, I could refer back to it for any questions that I had regarding my procedure, what I could and could not do without having to call in for every little question. I also was very satisfied with the pain pump that was included in my breast augmentation that helped out tremendously. I did not find the need to constantly be taking pain medicines. My life has changed pretty dramatically after I got my breast augmentation. I enjoy shopping more. I am more confident. I enjoy being in a bathing suit. I enjoy just being myself just a little bit more. I can look in the mirror confidently and I am very happy.
